Assisted Living Community

Jenkins Care Community proudly unveiled a newly-constructed Assisted Living Facility in late 2017. This modern facility is over 12,500 sq. ft. Upon entry you are greeted by beautiful common areas that include a dual fireplace between a sitting area and ample dining space. The facility houses 25 units and is licensed for 50 beds.

Each unit has ample closet space, a handicap accessible bathroom, emergency call light system in the living and bathroom areas, as well as an in-wall safe. Furnishings per each apartment include a 40-inch television, dresser, nightstand and a lounge chair.

Understanding the importance of independence, a laundry facility is onsite for residents who wish to continue to launder their own clothing. The community will offer laundry services if so desired. Telephone services may be contracted with Frontier by individuals that chose to do so, but cable is provided as an amenity.

Three nutrient-rich meals are served daily, as well as various snacking options.

Jenkins Care Community believes our seniors should stay as active in the community as possible, so outings are also offered and encouraged. There are many life-enriching activities planned by our dedicated staff.
